WOLF CREEK -- According to the Colorado Avalanche Information Center (CAIC). Sunday's storm brought 10 to 17 inches of heavy, wet snow across the Southern San Juan mountains with lesser amounts at lower elevations. Another 4.5 inches was added Monday night.

SOUTH FORK--South Fork Fire Chief Tyler Off plans to continue to pursue establishing a separate fire protection district for the South Fork area.
